Project Support Officer – up to 12 months contract
- Salary $79,014.00 to $91,655.72 p/a* (Pro Rata) + super
- Up to 12 months contract – 28 hours per week

About the role
Reporting to the Environmental Levy Program Leader, this role will see you working in a team dedicated to quality and service across various Environment & Sustainability projects, including but not limited to:
- Environmental volunteer ‘Care’ programs (including Bushcare)
- Flora and fauna monitoring
- Bushland Dumping & Encroachment
- Database updates and ground-truthing
- Sustainable Education and content creation
Duties (including but not limited to):
- A range of administrative tasks
- Data entry
- Managing email in-boxes and event bookings
- Creating social media and website content
- Assisting at Council festivals running events and stalls
- Field work and site visits
- Supervision of volunteers
Qualifications, skills & experience
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and / or relevant work experience
- NSW Class C driver’s licence
- Current first aid certificate (or a willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (or a willingness to obtain)
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience developing and/or delivering environmental programs
