Groundsperson Streetscape Maintenance
- Salary $60,495.24 to $70,156.32 p/a + super
- 38 hours per week/9 day fortnight

About the role
Ku-ring-gai Council is known for its beautiful streetscapes, parks and public spaces — and we’re looking for a dedicated Groundsperson to help maintain and enhance the presentation of our urban environments.
As part of our Streetscape Maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of our local streets, gardens and open spaces.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Undertaking streetscape and landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning and planting
- Maintaining garden beds, street trees and town centre plantings
- Assisting with minor landscape improvements and clean-up works
- Operating plant and equipment safely and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Qualifications, skills & experience:
- Experience in horticultural maintenance
- Class C Drivers Licence and able to drive a manual
- WHS Construction Induction Certificate (White card) or willingness to undertake training
- MR manual Drivers Licence or willingness to undertake training in the first 3 months of starting with Council
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake training
