Groundsperson Open Space Maintenance
- Salary $58,733.48 to $68,112.72 p/a + super
- 38 hours per week/9 day fortnight

About the role
Council is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Groundsperson to join our team and ensure our community’s outdoor spaces remain in excellent condition for all to enjoy.
Reporting to the Supervisor Parks Maintenance, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Small tree pruning and removal
- Planting, fertilising and weed control
- Turf maintenance including mowing, laying and edging
- Rubbish removal and litter pick up including storm damage clean up
Qualifications, skills & experience:
- Construction Induction (White Card) (or willingness to obtain)
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- MR Drivers Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in Open Space Maintenance and horticultural maintenance
