- Salary $60,495.24 to $70,156.32 p/a + super

About the role

Join our dedicated team at Thomas Carlyle Children's Centre, a warm and welcoming early learning community committed to excellence in childcare and early education.
Reporting to the Director - Thomas Carlyle Children's Centre, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based programs
- Foster inclusive, nurturing, and responsive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment
- Observe and document children’s progress to support individual learning and growth
- Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards at all times
Required qualifications, experience & skills:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Educator and Care (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid, Child Protection and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (HLTAID004) (HLTAID012)
- Current Working with Children clearance number
- Identify and report children and young people at risk - CHCPRT025
- Strong understanding of child development and the principles of early learning frameworks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching and caregiving
