- Salary $76,342.26 to $88,556.26 p/a + super
- Permanent full time position – 35 hours per week

About Ku-ring-gai Council
Located 16 km’s north of the Sydney CBD, the Ku-ring-gai area covers 84km2, is home to 124,000 residents and set in one of New South Wales’ most attractive natural environments.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader Development Assessment, this role will see you undertake efficient and effective assessment of development applications against relevant legislation within a transparent framework and be a first point of contact for development queries and planning advice for customers.
Qualifications, Skills & experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- Experience in statutory planning, development control and environmental assessment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
