About the opportunity:
Council is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who are keen to take on an exciting and unique opportunity within our growing team as a People & Culture Advisor.
Reporting to the Team Leader, People Strategy & Business Partnering, the People & Culture Advisor will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of strategic and operational projects, and organisational wide application of best practice HR.
About you:
Your well-grounded foundational and contemporary approach to HR, experience in providing accurate employee relations advice, and innovative approach to continually enhancing the employee lifecycle are critical to the role.
You will be confident in supporting the delivery of organisational design, engagement, and capability, and your proven track record in collaborating effectively with leaders and staff is paramount.
Your exceptional attention to detail, sound approach to managing priorities, and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment will help ensure a smooth transition into our progressive and supportive team.
