- $33.24 to $38.55 per hour + 25% casual loading + super

About Gordon Golf Course
Gordon Golf Course is nestled away on the upper North Shore of Sydney and features one of the most picturesque of any Sydney golf courses, with a challenging 18 Hole Par 65 layout. The course has the benefits of public access and an active Club on site, Gordon Golf Club.
About the role
The Gordon Pro Shop is looking for a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality service to members and guests
- Managing tee times and ensuring smooth order of play
- Answering phone enquiries and booking tee times via the computer booking system
- Operating a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Cash handling and daily sales reconciliation
- Product sales and merchandise display
- Inventory control and receiving deliveries
- Organising golf cart and hire equipment bookings
- Assisting with club competitions and social golf
- Maintaining a clean and safe pro shop environment
We are ideally seeking individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a passion for delivering great customer service. An interest or understanding of golf will be highly regarded.
Required Skills & Experience
- Retail sales experience
- Ability to operate computer booking and POS systems
- Cash handling experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Friendly and approachable nature
Successful applicants will be required to work flexible hours including weekends.
