- Salary $33.24 - $38.55 per hour + 25% casual loading + super

About the role
As a Casual Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our centre, stepping in where needed across rooms and age groups.
You will be part of a passionate team that values collaboration, respect, and a child-led approach to learning.
Reporting to the Director - Thomas Carlyle Children's Centre, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
- Work collaboratively with permanent staff to create a positive, engaging environment
- Follow and contribute to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Required qualifications, experience & skills:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Recent Child Protection Training
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Current WWCC (Working with Children Check)
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
